Refund & Returns Policy

At Bella & Us, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural dog treats. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy outlined below.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where:

  • Your dog doesn’t like the product
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You no longer need the product

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

If this happens, please email us at hello@bellaandus.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Product Storage & Responsibility

Our treats are natural and preservative-free. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Store products as advised
  • Use within the recommended timeframe

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank
